Return parcel must be posted back to us in new and unused condition within 7-8 days after your order was delivered to you with original packaging.
For refund:
-----When no quality issue is involved, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client, we apply 20% restocking fee to refunds.
-----When quality issue is involved, please send us pictures to indicate the quality problem. We'd like to accept return and refund. Or provide other ways to solve the problem.
For exchange:
-----When no quality issue is involved, the both ways shipping cost will be buyer's expense. 10% restocking fee.
-----When quality issue is involved, we will bear the both ways shipping cost. There is no re-stocking charges. ( quality issue referring to problem of broken, function not implemented).
